Our paramedics work tirelessly every day to save lives of the British public, but abuse towards emergency workers is, unbelievably, on the increase. Two paramedics who sadly report that abuse from the public is par for the course in their job, are Amy Holtom and Natasha Starkey. With the most recent incident just five days ago, when they received an angry note on their ambulance windscreen as they were battling to save a man's life. Amy and Natasha join This Morning to reveal how they’ve been spat at, kicked, hit and verbally abused while at work and explain why they believe more needs to be done to protect paramedics while on duty.
