But a photograph is inadmissible to prove gender.

Any Judge should know that.
That’s not the best evidence, it can’t be cross-examined and you have significant authentication issues.

Further, such an opinion would require expert testimony.

The rules of evidence demand the best evidence in this case just like in an insurance case and especially so when the legal definition of a woman may be different than the medical definition.
I would submit that the following is required under the rules of evidence and proceduure 👉 Independent medical exam.👉 Expert testimony.
👉 Cross-examination in court.

So why is a judge accepting a photo of Macron’s wife?

Are they incompetent and don’t understand the rules of evidence - that’s generally the case; or are they politicians in robes, making decisions that their sugar daddies want them to make - that’s also usually the case…
