In this video, I describe two things that happen to everyone at all levels. You may go down by 2 points in a game or up by 2 points in a game.

To avoid getting mowed over, make a format change for every 2 points you lose.
This will help you change the rhythm of the game, jolt an error, and regain control.

On the flip side, do the same thing when you are up by 2 points or more. Make a change to avoid the dreaded let-up. So many matches are lost due to not closing out the games. This will help you stay one step ahead of your opponents, even if you are winning.
