The review of the model is based on the book “Diagnosing and Changing Organizational Culture Based on the Competing Values Framework” third edition published in 2011. The model can help you diagnose and initiate change in your organisational culture. The Competing Values Framework gives a classification of four corporate cultures, which indicates how a company operates, how employees collaborate and what the corporate values are.

Robert E. Quinn Professor at the University of Michigan. His research and writing focus on purpose, leadership, culture, and change. He is one of the co-founders and of the field of Positive Organizational Scholarship and a cofounder of the Center for Positive Organizations. He is in the top 1% of professors cited in organizational behavior textbooks.

Kim Cameron Professor at the University of Michigan. Past assignments include serving as Associate Dean in the Ross School of Business, Dean of the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and Associate Dean in the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.
