Ingredients Required:

Oil- 2tbsp
Red chillies- 1
Chanadal – 1tsp
Uraddal – 1tsp
Mustard seeds – 1tsp
Cumin seeds – 1tsp
Curry Leaves
Onion – 1
Green chillies – 2
Turmeric-1/2tsp
Salt – 2tsp
Red chilli powder- 2tsp
Raw Banana -3
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Coriander powder – 1tsp
Jeera powder – 1/2tsp
Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Add salt to water and peel off banana layer and chop into small pieces and drop them in salt water
2.Add oil to a heated pan
3.Add Chanadal, Uraddal, Mustard Seeds, Cumin seeds, Curry leaves
4.Add onion and green chillies and fry for 3 to 4mins in medium heat
5.Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell leaves for 1 to 2mins
6.Add chopped banana and fry for a minute
7.Add turmeric and salt, mix all together
8.Now close lid and cook for 10mins in low flame
9.10mins later banana pieces are soft
10.Now turn to high flame and cook for 5mins by stirring completely
11.Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, fry for 2 to 3mins
12.Finally garnish with coriander leaves
