There is a new version of Golden Gate App v2.3 has been launched with new features and is available from today. The new APK file is given below and a detailed training deck will be uploaded in the app soon.

New features embedded in v2.3 are-


1. GG App v2.3 supports Morpho E3 devices on all Android versions (4.4 and above)

 

2. GG App v2.3 also supports Cogent CSD200 devices [IMPORTANT: Cogent SDK does not support Android 7.0 devices. Cogent SDK also does not support devices on Mediatek & Spreadtrumchipsets. This  scanner will likely work only on a small fraction of devices on the field. Also, Cogent device takes upto 5 sec to initialize once connected]

 

3. Mantratech scanners will now work on Android 7 as well.

 

4. Re-KYC flow is now available for Aadhaar OTP KYC'ed customers (Note: Re-KYC can only be done via biometric mode). Users will be automatically directed to ReKYC flow if KYC is being initiated via GG app for a user who has already done self-KYC. This flow is intended just to help manage escalations for now. Agent attribution for such leads does not flow to Salesforce. Agent attribution/payout handling will be done in a subsequent release once we tackle Manual Re-KYC and integrate with payout engine.




5. Agricultural/Non Agricultural Income:  Per market feedback, Labels and error messages have been changed to mention Upper Limits, Units (INR) and period (annual) for which income has to be filled.
