Is This Challenge Even Possible?

This RE is known to be one of the hardest knife only playthroughs in the franchise so I thought I'd give it a go. I played on easy because its what most of the speedruns are done on so I figured I wasn't gonna risk anything higher. If you guys want me to try hard or any other RE challenges please let me know in the comments!
