XPG has some well-priced LANCER DDR5 kits at just under R3K at Progenix
As with all memory, your milleage may very, but in as far as Hynix M-die experience goes this has been the easiest set to OC and work with and of course I really like the styling on LANCER kits.

Only downside here is thatt it is possible you end up with the SAMSUNG IC for instance in which case none of what you see here is relevant or at least as far as the OC settings are concered.
