Tribute To Darkthrone - The Darkthrone Medley

Presenting my favorite riffs/sections from Darkthrone`s first six studio albums, "Soulside Journey», "A Blaze In The Northern Sky», «Under A Funeral Moon», «Transylvanian Hunger», «Panzerfaust» and «Total Death». Some of the songs have been transposed from their original tuning, in order for all of them to be performed on a E standard tuned guitar.

Been 20 years this year, since I witnessed Darkthrone`s final gig at Rockefeller music hall in Oslo. Making this tribute was a bloody must!

Gear used:

Gibson Explorer T w/496R and 500T PUs, Fractal Audio System`s AXE-FX 2, using their Mesa Boogie Mark IIC+ amp. SADOWSKY 5-string NYC bass through a Line 6 Bass Pod Pro. Toontrack`s Superior Drummer 2.0. used for drums.

Recorded and produced using Logic Pro 9.

Visuals recorded using an iPhone 6S and a GoPro Hero 4 Silver Edition camera. Audio and film mashed together using Final Cut Pro X.
