Should you complete your ACCA course first and then work, or start working while pursuing ACCA? This is one of the most common questions ACCA students in India face today. In this video, I share my honest thoughts and experiences from interacting with students and professionals about balancing ACCA studies with gaining practical work experience.
Many students complete their ACCA and become affiliates, but without work experience, starting salaries often range around ₹3.5–4.5 lakhs in India, instead of the ₹5.5–6 lakhs they expect. On the other hand, working alongside ACCA studies can be tough to manage but gives you an edge when applying for ACCA jobs.
So, what’s the right choice—studies first or work with ACCA? Watch till the end and share your views in the comments.
