Oh what a joy to bring out the coal pot again. Term test was finished and the girls felt like winding down. Being outdoors was the perfect way for the girls to refocus and be grounded again. While they do enjoy school, there's a limit to how much, heat and traffic they can take. The cool dry season winds kept us company for the entire evening, keeping our coal pot burning and our minds clear. This was such a simple meal to prepare. In fact, most meals are simple, all that's required is a little planning and prep, after that, the sky is the limit. Enjoy.
