Making Prickly Pear Icecream! With Recipe!

With my counter top ice cream maker it is so fast and easy to make ice cream any time I want to. Today I made prickly pear ice cream using raw cream from my goats milk. Totally delicious and such a beautiful color. Scroll down for the recipe

Recipe Prickly Pear Ice Cream
Mix together
3 cups heavy cream
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups prickly pear juice
Pour into ice cream maker and process as usual. The Cuisinart is usually done in about 20-30 minutes. Then I scoop it out into containers and put it in the freezer.
