How-to export lists from HubSpot.

In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to export lists from HubSpot.

If you need to access a list of contacts outside of HubSpot, you can export an active or static list of your contacts.

Steps to follow:

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Contacts in the dropdown menu and click list.

2. Hover over to one of your existing lists, then click the More dropdown menu and select Export.

3. Select the checkbox next to a property to include selected properties in your export.

4. You can click Select all properties at the top to include all properties.

5. In the selected columns on the right, you can click the cross button to remove any properties you don't want in the exported list.

6. Click Next.

7. In the dialog box, select a File format using the dropdown menu.

8. Next, select the language you want.

9. Click Export. You'll receive an email in your inbox based on the email you use to log in, and you can download it from there.
