Come along, as Mike and I walk some of this beautiful "Converse Heights" neighborhood. This has always been one of our favorites! The architecture is outstanding! Not to mention the trees, sidewalks, parks, and the close-knit atmosphere you feel when you arrive. This community really takes pride in its well-manicured yards. The location is very convenient to just about everything you need. Just minutes from downtown Spartanburg and all the events over there. *Schools are in Spartanburg District 7. *More info below. Colleges are very close too, especially Converse University.

The "Cost of Living" is much lower here in South Carolina, and TAXES are MUCH lower than in many other places to live.
