Roman Khomlyak and Mykhailo Feshchak spent three weeks in New England in 2021, filming some of the region’s most beautiful fall foliage locations. Weather conditions varied throughout the trip, but they never prevented the filmmakers from capturing the true beauty of autumn.

Interesting fact: Talcott Mountain State Park is home to the historic Heublein Tower, built in 1914 by Gilbert F. Heublein as a summer retreat and observation tower. Standing about 165 feet tall on the ridge, it was originally constructed to provide a safe place to enjoy the view above the tree line during an era when forest fires were common. Today, it offers one of the most expansive panoramic views in Connecticut, stretching across the Farmington River Valley and, on clear days, into Massachusetts.
