12952 Mumbai Tejas Rajdhani First Class AC Journey Review | Skips, Crossings and Food review

Hello All! Welcome to my first ever First Class Journey in Rajdhani Express! I shall be covering the Overall Run experience along with the facilities provided in the Highest class of the most Premium class Train of Indian Railways. Do Drop in your comments and suggestions.

My overall rating for the Journey shall be 9/10.

12951/52 Rajdhani Express has been operating between the National Capital and the Financial Capital for just over 50 years. And is the second oldest Rajdhani of Indian Railways. first one being 12301/02 Howrah Rajdhani.

12951/52 has one of the most Aggressive running TT with an average of close to 90 km/h. It's a Daily service with the Rake based at Mumbai Central (Western Railway). starts from Mumbai Central at 1700 hours and reaches New Delhi at 0830 hrs on the next day with the halts at Borivali, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Nagda, Kota. The return journey starts from New Delhi at 1655 hours and reaches Mumbai Central at 0835 hrs the next day with the same halts as its counterpart. It has a Rake Sharing Arrangement with 12953/54 August Kranti Rajdhani which operates between Mumbai Central and H.Nizamuddin.

My journey : It Was a rather Pleasant experience in First class, with the Food being the highlight of the Entire thing. I had made a spl request for Paneer Bhurji apart from the Default menu whatever is served. And the Food was simply sumptuous. The washrooms were spotless. And luckily I got a Coupe instead of a Cabin which wouldn't have made a difference to 1A and 2A.
My rake was Smart Rake (Rake which has an inbuilt Display which shows the Distance to the next halt and other important details).. Led by BRC WAP7 37277..
