The veteran Estelito Mendoza is 91 years old born January 5, 1930 served as Solicitor General 1972 to 1986 during President Ferdinand Marcos time and serve justice minister . He became a governor also in pampanga 1980-1984. High school at UP high school in 1946, Harvard law school in 1954, bachelor of laws degree cumlaude at UP college of law in 1952 and many schools he attend . He also a law professor were 3 of his students are chief justices of Supreme Court.

Despite of his age he take a high profile clients facing major charges like Ex senator Juan Ponce Enrile and senator Bong Revilla during pork barrel cases and even volunteered to be an amicus curiae or friend of the court as he sought to dismiss petitions against the anti terrorism law. He also a lawyer of ex president Gloria Macapagal arroyo case been dismissed
