Stacking Sunday 9: Do I get too creative with this Blinking Planetary edit?

The Blinking Planetary nebula in Cygnus is a planetary nebula. Most of these objects have a fairly bright core and very dim shells which makes processing an object like this a challenge.

Did I get too creative in my processing? Is my end result art or an astrophoto?
