They held a special media preview event on October 3rd & 4th, 2019 where members of the ECHO UAG- User Advisory Group, and members of the media were in attendance. The first event was at The House of Blues in downtown Chicago and the second event was at the ECHO Headquarters located in Lake Zurich, IL.
