Today is Day 11, this workout is quick and sweaty!!
The affirmation for Today is 'I CAN CHANGE THE GAME'

This affirmation is a stark reminder negativity, pain and unwanted circumstances do not have to be permanent! You are the author of your life and you get to decide which direction you go in and what dreams you want to follow!
Today as you repeat this affirmation, pay close attention to what brings you joy and what deserves your time. Change and remove anything that does not meet those requirements!

The Key phrase for this Workout is: CHANGE

C - 30s Plank
H - 60s Butt Kicks
A - 40 Jumping Jacks
N - 50 Sumo Squats
G - 20 Push-ups
E - 25 Jumping Squats

You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.

Modifications are included but remember to pause the video where needed and go at your own pace.
