It's Halloween in Guild Wars 2! That means the Shadow of the Mad King event goes live with the Tower of Nightmares, The Mad King's Labyrinth, and many other events making a comeback!

That also means a Halloween themed Week Ahead! As there will be plenty of new items to farm (Candy Corn, Fangs, Skulls, and Nougat), new cosmetics and recipes to unlock, and more!

One of my favorite activities is farming the Lab non-stop for Trick or Treat bags, which contain ascended materials that could be put to good use, such as for Toxic Focusing Crystals. Tier 6 materials, which are still under pressure from the "Return to" events that ended last week, and some other materials.

We also got a new Black Lion Chest rotation on top of that, and you can snag the Dokkaebi Black Lion Weapon Skin set (almost) for free!
