AIS Removal on a 2016 WR250R

This video is how to remove your AIS system on a WR250R. To remove the AIS you need the Plate to cover the port once you remove the AIS system. I ordered my cover plate from SR Moto for 20$. This is a difficult removal in regards to the rubber mounts that hold the AIS in place. So in order to make it easier loosen the Sub frame bolts to give you some room in removing the AIS. This is not a performance mod. I removed this AIS system as I have installed a Fuel Injection controller, and will be upgrading my exhaust in the near future. There is a ton of debate on the removal of this system, but I personally feel it is not needed. Don"t remove your AIS system if you are planning on keeping your stock exhaust or if you have strict Pollution laws. Please check out all my mods on my channel.
