Hey you! Welcome to today's workout, a 20 minute walk and tone walking workout where we will complete 30 seconds of walking intervals with weights, followed by 30 second intervals of cardio and strength training exercises.
Use a pair of light hand weights if you wish or complete just with body weight, whichever you prefer! Enjoy and let's get to it!
