What do you want to be when you grow up? This is a question most of us have been asked since we were very young. How should we answer it? Dr. Sheila Boysen invites us to rethink this question and instead look at it from a different perspective. Dr. Boysen is a Master Certified executive leadership coach, author, and professor within the College of Business at Lewis University. Having worked as an HR leader across multiple industries, her experience in enabling positive change enables her to bring a blend of corporate leadership and team dynamics into her classrooms and coaching engagements. She supports her students to grow as leaders, achieve results, and to develop their own leadership competencies.
