What does a quarantine hotel looks like in Taiwan? In this video I'll show you around. :)
I stayed in this hotel from September 7th 2020 to September 22nd 2020, it is located in the Ximen neighbourhood in Taipei. To go there when I arrived at the airport I took a COVID taxi.

A couple more things:
• How did I find my hotel? I looked online and found a list of approved quarantine hotels. I sent the same email in CCi to all hotels asking if they had rooms available when I arrived, and for the price.
• I payed a total of 60.000NTD for 15 days. When I checked out I had a discount of 18.000NTD that was payed by the taiwanese government directly to the hotel. This measure was implemented to encourage taiwanese residents to do their quarantine in hotels instead of private locations.

• This price includes 3 meals a day, a cleaning kit, a thermometer, and room service.
• Every morning and evening the hotel staff called to ask for my body temperature. I also had to write it down on a piece of paper they gave me when I arrived.
• I had to keep my phone on at all times to be geolocalised. My case was also given to a policewoman who contacted me on my first day. At any moment I could contact her if I needed to.
• I could receive mail and deliveries (FoodPanda, UberEats, etc.), I just had to get it delivered to reception and staff would bring it to me in front of my door.
