This includes the modifier called "Unlimited Threats" that makes it so enemies attack whenever they want. I gave myself infinite structure just so I wouldn't get obliterated while blocking/parrying (which is essential here). If there was a new difficulty, it'd probably look something like this, but the game would be kinda broken. It'd have to be dialed back not just because of difficulty, but also because enemies are more inclined to swing weapons indiscriminately, which makes them hit each other more often -- which is less realistic.
