Welcome back to my workshop 😁
In todays video i finally get to conduct some detailed testing of the BaseCamp M Pro series mask.
This mask was gifted to me for the purpose of review..... so i decided to test it with my new SID tool.
In my last video i created SID, which is my Synthetic Inhaling Device specifically for this purpose.

The test results are surprising to say the least.

But i must stress that i am not a certified testing facility, i am just a skinny fella doing stuff in my home workshop. But the tests i do are representative.
You will see that in my sanding test i didn't quite fit the mask as tightly as i should and i think this effected the results slightly.
Because it was "Dust" and not smaller particulates, the dust actually settled and dropped in to the top part of the mask that i hadn't sealed fully.
But i can assure you that this mask is really really effective "When you fit it correctly". Im sure if i re-tested the sanding test, the results would be even more impressive that they already are.
