On the Wrist, from off the Cuff: WristWatch Rambles & Rants - Episode 09

On this latest instalment of WWRR we'll be discussing a subject that comes up quite a lot, that ends up being a real problem for many Watch fans, how do you share your obsession with others? Specifically, when buying watches as gifts for loved ones. On this episode we take a look at three specific options that I bought for my own Wife and two Sons. For my youngest Son (8yo), a classic and capable digital Casio was an economic choice that offered a nice first peak into the hobby, while the BOLDR Venture gave my older Son (11yo) a SUPER tough automatic option in a great size for his small wrist wrapped in a total bang-per-buck package. As for my Wife, The High-Accuracy-Quartz (HAQ) Seiko Dolce totally fit the bill for a dependable and classy daily wear that she can keep in heavy rotation with very little worry and offers a window into true watch nerd territory with its movement and JDM brand pedigree.
