A doctor was brutally assaulted and k1lled while working at a hospital in Kolkata, India.

She had been working a 36 hours shift, went for dinner with her team at 2am, came back to rest a little in the seminar room as the hospital had no designated areas for doctors to unwind or catch a shuteye.

Rest of it is a series of inhumane events that no one should have to experience. The inhumanity didn’t end with her - it continued with the authorities acting as tone deaf and selfishly as they often do - starting with BLAMING THE VICTIM.

The singular behavior that gives immense power to criminals. ***The equation is very simple - Any time you blame the victim, you feed the evil.***
