Twist Balloon Sheep that is relatively simple to make. Step one make a balloon dog in one color, step two twist a second balloon or two in another color into small bubble-like sections and wrap the balloon around the balloon dog tying it off as need as you go. For a fluffier sheep just add an extra balloon in step two.
