PILOT PROGRAM BEGINS | Anime Ottawa 2024 | Day 1 Convention Vlog

Welcome to my new convention vlog series. This is the beginning of my out-of-town convention pilot program as this series is based on an convention that takes place outside of Toronto. In this series, I'm in Ottawa which is the national capital of Canada as I'm attending a brand new anime convention called Anime Ottawa. Anime Ottawa 2024 takes place in the EY Centre from March 29th-31st, 2024.

For Day 1, I am cosplaying as IF from Hyperdimension Neptunia.

Today, I began at Rideau Centre with my friend Mark who joined me for my vlog. We took the O-Train from Rideau to Hurdman which then we transferred to the 97 bus. We took the 97 bus to Airport and Uplands where the EY Centre is located. Then, we went inside the EY Centre to wait for the opening ceremony. After the ceremony, the ribbon is cut as this is the first edition of Anime Ottawa. Then, I went inside the exhibition hall to take a look at all the vendors and artist alley. I purchased an Hatsune Miku nendoroid which costs $100, but they were only sold exclusively at Anime Ottawa. I also attended panels which I went for larping and a panel from Chris Hackney and Emi Lo. Then I went back to the exhibition hall for gaming.
