XeSS: mediocre stability of foliage and fog, kinda blurry in still scene, processes flowing water nicely, slower, some smearing at pointy object edges

FSR 3.1: generally way better image stability, more ghosting, less consistent with some effects

Likely will prefer FSR, as foliage is way more present than some effects where FSR fails. Though FSR needs to improve on ghosting and aforementioned effects.

Btw. Forced sharpen apparently gets disabled with dynamic scaling.
