1 thumb-sized young ginger, minced
180g (6.35 oz) minced pork or chicken
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1.5 tbsps spicy broad bean paste
0.5 tbsp black bean paste
A few dashes of white pepper
0.5 tsp sugar
