Craftsman Automation is in the spotlight today after the company entered into a definitive agreement with DR Axion India Private Limited to acquire 8.57 cr equity shares representing 76% stake for Rs. 375 crores. The acquisition is expected to come through by March 31, 2023. DR Axion, incorporated in December 2006, manufactures aluminum cylinder heads which is a critical auto component used in PVs as the outer shell of internal combustion engines.
