My oh my! Just when I thought I had seen and heard it all. Did you know there's such a thing as over-moisturising natural hair aka moisture overload aka hygral fatigue? Unbelievable I tell you! But I experienced it first hand. How? My chebe routine I did for 7 weeks. Now let me say right now that there is absolutely nothing wrong with chebe. I bought it from Ms. Sahel's website (Sahel Cosmetics) with my own money and I still support her and the use of chebe. This was my fault and before you think this is sponsored - nope it's not. Too much of everything is bad and I learnt the hard way. The solution to this? Protein protein protein. And in terms of a regimen - less is more. I reduced from doing weekly washes and treatments to doing them fortnightly.
