What if you could print with a squeegee that let you work half as much but did twice the work at the same time? We're ecstatic to introduce to the screen printing market the Manny Squeegee. Available in blade only, wood handle, and ErgoForce Aluminum handle. The Manny Squeegee is the first manual screen printing squeegee to make life easier, produce a higher quality print, lay down more ink when needed, control ink when needed, last longer and make manual screen printing fun again! We are simply amazed with the results.Watch the video below
Available in:

Blade only by the inch. Great for printers who use replaceable blade squeegee handles.
Wood handle. An economical way to get your hands on a complete Manny.
ErgoForce Handle. The Cadillac of manual Screen Printing Squeegees!

PF&D studies [Personnel Fatigue & Delays] indicate manual screen-printers wear out at a rate of 40% per shift; they lose efficiency at an average rate of 5% per hour. We can divide this information into two types of printers: 1) those who print as fast hour eight as they do the first hour of their shift because they pace themselves and 2) Those that come in working like a lion but leave at shift's end like a lamb. Either way we lose production because the operators get tired, their fingers tire first then their wrists and finally their forearms. The solution is not to drive the printers harder; rather the solution is to make their task easier!

Now, imagine a blade that is designed to deliver the right volume of ink and which prints with minimum angle AND minimum pressure... that's Manny! Minimum angle means the operator can use a gentle grip, comfortably lock their wrists and apply minimal force—all from the upper body. Manny works with minimal pressure and requires fewer passes per color to consistently clear the mesh. As a result you'll get more consistently higher quality impressions per shift, per operator.
Manny is 3/8" x 2.0" [9.5 x 51mm] and fits all standard blade holders for either push OR pull production. Unlike traditional blades, Manny is double-duty; the square edge [hinge-side] delivers minimum volume from 156 to 305 mesh counts; the beveled edge [backside] delivers maximum volume from 63 to 230 counts. Holder can be sold separately or pre-assembled. Manny's main features are listed below:
Minimum angle - locked wrists allow upper body force.
Minimum pressure - saves finger-tip trauma.
Few passes - saves time and fatigue while improving image quality.
Improved registration - less stretch due to blade buckling and drag.
Lifetime rugged - MDI thermoset-polyurethane w/ precision-cut edges.
