WATERMELON COOLER

3 oz/90 ml Watermelon
.6 oz/20 Lime Juice
.25 oz/7.5 ml Simple syrup
1.5 oz/45 ml Gin
1.5 oz/45 ml Soda Water

Method

1. Add Watermelon to the shaker and muddle gently.
2. Add all remaining ingredients except the soda water.
3.Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
4. Fine strain into a glass with fresh ice.
5. Garnish with a Watermelon wedge.
