江苏盱眙第一山公园位于江苏省淮安市盱眙县城区北部长淮河畔，是一座集自然美景与悠久人文历史于一体的国家AAAA级旅游景区、国家森林公园和全国重点文物保护单位。第一山古称南山，自古便是文人雅士游览、吟咏之所。北宋著名书画家米芾在此登高赋诗并题写“第一山”三字，因而得名。景区背依九座连绵山峰，面临绵延河水，山林葱郁、泉水清冽，自然风光秀丽。 

第一山不仅自然景观怡人，还蕴含丰富的历史文化底蕴。自汉代起，孔子的后裔孔安国在此创立崇圣书院；历代文人墨客如苏轼、杨万里、米芾等都曾来访题刻，留下了大量摩崖石刻和碑碣。现存的历史建筑有大成殿、明伦堂、春昼亭等，主题景点如玻璃泉浸月、第一山怀古、杏花园春昼等令人流连忘返。 

第一山森林步道、古迹群及周边的淮河风光带融为一体，构成了一个集观光、健步、文化体验与生态休闲于一体的综合性公园，是盱眙的重要标志性景区。

First Mountain Park (Diyi Shan) is located in the northern part of Xuyi County, Huai’an City, Jiangsu Province, on the banks of the Changhuai River. It is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, a national forest park, and a Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level. Known historically as Nanshan, the mountain became famous when the Northern Song Dynasty calligrapher and painter Mi Fu climbed it, wrote a poem inspired by its scenery, and inscribed the name “First Mountain,” from which the park gets its current name. The park is surrounded by nine scenic peaks and overlooks the river, featuring lush forests, clear springs, and picturesque landscapes. 

First Mountain combines natural beauty with rich cultural heritage. As early as the Han Dynasty, a descendant of Confucius, Kong Anguo, established the “Chongsheng Academy” here. Over the centuries, many renowned scholars, officials, and poets including Su Shi, Yang Wanli, and Mi Fu visited the mountain, leaving behind numerous stone inscriptions and steles in various scripts. The park preserves historic structures such as the Dacheng Hall, Minglun Hall, and Chunzhou Pavilion, as well as scenic spots like Glass Spring Soaking Moon, First Mountain Nostalgia, and Apricot Blossom Garden in Spring. 

With its scenic walking trails, cultural relics, and connection to the Huai River’s beautiful waterfront, First Mountain Park offers a harmonious blend of sightseeing, cultural exploration, ecological recreation, and fitness activities, making it one of Xuyi’s signature attractions.
