On May 8th, 2019 the Brazil Texas Chamber of Commerce hosted their annual traditional breakfast, BRATECC Offshore Breakfast 2019 “Brazil Renewed: Unmatched Oil and Gas Opportunities”. The event took place during the week of OTC where many guests from around the world visit Houston for the Offshore Technology Conference. Mr. José Firmo, President, IBP at Brazilian Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels Institute, Mr. Márcio Felix, Secretary of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels, and Ministry of Mines and Energy of Brazil, Mr. Lucas Tristão, Secretary of Economic Development of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Mr. Rudimar Lorenzatto, Director, Development of Production & Technology at Petrobras S.A., Mr. Philippe Blanchard; Managing Director, at Total E&P do Brasil, Mr. Mariano Vela, Brazil Country Manager at Chevron and Mr. Mauro Andrade; Deputy Country Manager at Equinor Development and Production Brasil participated in panels about the global O&G market, as well as the Brazilian O&G scenario.
