Sweetened Condensed Milk Bougatsa
-1 package phyllo pastry
-1 can sweetened condensed milk (400 grams /300ml)
-2 cups milk (500 ml)
-1/2 cup water (125ml)
-200 grams butter melted (7oz)
-icing sugar + ground cinnamon to serve with

—Bake the phyllo at 175°C /350°F for about 20 minutes until golden and crispy. Then pour the milk mixture and bake for about 20 minutes more or until all of the liquid is absorbed.
