Learning Kovac

Got another video for you! This is a video of my progression of learning kovac on high bar (and kolman). Most of the kovacs featured in the video, are my very first kovacs, and are not the cleanest, but that's what the videos there for, to show how they started and how they progressed and how the action changed and how I grew in confidence.

The very first clips are probably filmed around 3/4 months ago, which is when I really started to focus on the move, and now I am really confident and will be competing it next month.
