Know your Rotimatic & the accessories

First, we have the flour container; this is the container's lid, and as you can see, there are two sections of the flour container. You would need to disassemble the flour container for cleaning. Locate these two arrows and rotate anticlockwise till the sections click open.

The bottom section of the flour container has this part called a star wheel, which should be placed like this with the grooved side up.

The upper container has this attachment called a flour dispensing blade, and this is the knocker. You can remove this attachment from the flour container like this. This is what the flour dispensing blade looks like. You can separate the cap and the packer by rotating it like this.

Now let me show you how to assemble the flour container. First, put the cap on the packer and rotate it till it locks in place. Then take the flour dispensing blade and turn it till it locks in place.

To join the two sections of the flour container together, align them with the arrows and rotate clockwise until they click in place. The flour container goes in the big round slot on the top of the machine. The flour is dispensed into the kneading area through the flour tunnel. You need to align the flour container with the notch and put it into the slot.
This is the water container, and this is the oil container.

This is the side door of the machine where the kneading area is located.
This is called the dough tray, the dough cup, and the sweeper and roller. This is how you remove the dough tray.

This is how you remove the dough cup. Inside the dough cup, you have the stirrer, this is how you remove the stirrer, and this is how you put it back into the dough cup.

To take out the sweeper and roller for cleaning, you need to put your Rotimatic in the cleaning mode

Press the power button and then select cleaning to enter into the cleaning mode. Now select sweeper.

If no cleaning option on pressing the power button look for the clean rotimatic option in the menu.

The sweeper will come out. Here you can see the sweeper, and this is the roller. This is how you can remove the roller, open the latch and pull it out. This is how you replace the roller.

Press the sweeper button again in the cleaning menu to make it go back to its position.
The kicker moves the uncooked roti from the pressing area to the roasting area.
To remove the kicker for cleaning, you need to put your Rotimatic in the cleaning mode as shown before.
Press the power button and then select cleaning to enter into the cleaning mode. Now select kicker.

If no cleaning option on pressing the power button look for the clean rotimatic option in the menu.

The kicker will come out. To take it out for monthly cleaning, you need to gently press the two latches holding it in place and pull it out. Please be careful while removing the kicker, especially with these latches.

This is how you reinstall the kicker. And now press the kicker button in the cleaning menu to make the kicker go back.
This is the power chord of the Rotimatic.
