Mont Blanc summit via Goûter 28 June 2024

Video of my Mont Blanc summit attempt via the Goûter route end of June 2024. We had two nights in the Tête Rousse hut. So summit day started and ended there. We were fortunate with the conditions of the Grand Couloir as there was still a lot of snow keeping the rocks in place. This meant crossing the Grand Couloir during the afternoon was not an issue, but we still had to take care because of many avalanches. The summit was in a complete whiteout. The shortcut on the way down was just north of the normal route.
