This video was recorded after almost 2 years of me being cheated on and since this video is almost 2 years old, I can report on how well I've been able to follow my advice.

1. Not talking to the person who cheated on me helped greatly, I wish them luck and hope they do well in their life but I would never choose to degrade my life by talking to them.

2. Reconnecting with my older self helped out a lot and I still indulge in old-time hobbies as it allows me to cherish the time when things were simpler.

3. Lashing out at your ex after you've found out about them cheating on you is natural for many people, however, once that temporary phase has passed, we must look for ways to progress ourselves. This can either be done by seeking treatment for the mental trauma caused to you by your ex (if you feel the need for it) and ensuring you indulge in positive activities like eating healthy, exercising, etc.
