appearance and make them look older.

1.     Home Clothes
When men wear white undershirts underneath their shirts, it is not
fitting and makes them look older.
Concerning women, it is fundamental to wear the right bra size and to
always fix the straps every few months.

2.     Posture & Walking
One of the most important factors is how you walk. You should always
focus on your posture and the way you walk. Practicing at home and
always having a good posture will help you be more comfortable with it
in the long run. People will guess your age wrong if you walk
improperly.

3.     Weight
For both men and women, other than benefiting your health, losing
weight also enhances your appearance. People usually tend to neglect
their weight after marriage or after giving birth which alters how old
you should look. One of the most important factors to focus on is
belly fat which affects your posture and makes your body look
different.

4.     Hair
A girl can be 15 years old or 20 years old and have weak and unhealthy
hair. Also, an older person keeping her hair white is not wrong.
However, the cut is what affects a look the most.

5.     Tights & Clothes
According to etiquette, tights must be worn for all occasions. You can

Everyone’s body changes overtime, there is no secret about it. Clothes
that used to fit a few years ago might not anymore or does fit but not
the same way. Always tailor your clothes according to your current
