How does the act of creation give meaning to any life; and how can we control the creation of ourselves? Only if we find the value of creating in our own hearts. This talk is a presentation of my reflections on the role of art in maintaining my mental health during COVID 19 lockdowns. A young poet and writer, aspiring to become a doctor, I see art, philosophy and science as complementing each other. I constantly draw inspiration from that connection, whether it is in my private life or academic/creative endeavors.
