Grab a mat for this 20 minute gentle low back stretch routine. Our main focus is taking the lumbar and sacrum spine through different planes of motion. If at any time the stretch feels too much, back out of it and decrease the range of motion. Options to intensify the stretch and to modify the stretch are given throughout.
