Operation Toy Train is in full-swing for its 2025 season, having already made several runs on various weekends over the past few weekends. I had settled on seeing four of these trains this year, the first of which was the Delaware & Raritan River Toys For Tots Train. This would be my second time seeing this train, and unfortunately, just like last time, the weather was miserable. Mercifully, the rain wasn't coming down anywhere near as hard as it was two years ago, so it was more bearable.

This train would run from Farmingdale to Jamesburg, beginning at Collingwood Auction & Flea Market and ending at the Jamesburg Fire Department. My aim was to get as many new shots as I could, and I largely succeeded. Just about every spot I went to was different than last time, and the few spots that were repeats were mostly shot at different angles. I'm hoping the weather is better next time I'm able to see this one, but I still had a good time. Enjoy!

0:00 The train makes its first stop of the day at Collingwood Auction & Flea Market off of Route 33/34. The train consists of Chesapeake & Delaware GP38-2 2005, boxcar TOYX 628, and caboose 133. Both 2005 and 133 are adorned with Christmas decarations.
1:01 Megill Road.
2:24 The train crosses Main Street/County Routes 524 and 547 and makes its next stop in Farmingdale. The gates at this crossing no longer function.
4:37 Southard Avenue.
5:57 Halls Mill Road/County Route 55 in Freehold Township. Both of the bells at this crossing are dead. A shame, too, given that one of them is a Safetran hybrid bell.
7:29 South Street/Route 79 in Freehold Borough. The signals at this crossing weren't working at all today.
9:43 Bowne Avenue.
11:32 The train arrives at Reed & Perrine in Tennent.
13:24 Departing from Tennent.
14:40 Federal Road in Monroe Township.
15:54 Schoolhouse Road.
17:06 The train crosses Augusta Street in Jamesburg, flanked by fire engines as it heads for the Fire Department for the last stop of the day.
