Nihonshu Nights Episode 3: 澪 (Mio)

Today I review a light, sparkling Nihonshu from the Shirakabegura Sakagura! It's a wonderful dessert Nihonshu absolutely worthy of keeping in your fridge for New Year's Day or any special occasion! Please be sure to check out their websites, available in both Japanese and English:

In addition, I have a new friend! にほんしゅTV (Nihonshu TV) is a channel run by a professional sommelier, featuring a lot of great information, insight, and exploration of the world of Nihonshu. He also does a lot to try to reach out and encourage foreign interest in Nihonshu, a cause that absolutely deserves to be supported! His video quality is much higher than mine, and his channel is a great one to check out! It should be mentioned however that his videos are mostly in Japanese, but there are few featuring him interacting in English with various people he meets.
