Sometimes you need to stop and make a change in order to start performing better. Difficult decisions are a part of growth and development. Analyzing your work from outside perspectives and taking different POV is a great way to solve problems and come up with new solutions.

In this video I explain my thought process to conquering some of the challenges in this project as it relates to my goals and responsibilities in baseball.

My name is Tyler Villaroman and I created the Consistency Compounded project. In this docu-series I prove the power of consistent daily effort and what can happen when you commit to something for a long period of time.
